KenWalt Die Casting15,000 square feet of clean, devoted manufacturing space conveniently located adjacent to the Golden State Fwy (5) at 8719 Bradley Ave. in Sun Valley, Calif. 5,000 square feet are devoted to die casting production and 10,000 square feet are devoted entirely to inspection, secondary operations, shipping and mold storage. Adjacent property owned and approved for expansion.

We are dedicated to delivering high quality defect free products on-time and at competitive prices through continuous improvement of our management, staff, products and services in order to better satisfy the needs of our customers. All of our parts are produced in conformance to Automotive, Aerospace, Federal or Military specifications.

Prior to the initiation of any production run, all die castings are visually inspected with emphasis on surface condition, sealing surfaces, cored holes, excessive flash, ejector pin marks and any other non-conforming conditions. Setup inspections, In-Process inspections, Trimming inspections and Final inspections are routinely performed during the manufacturing process to insure the highest possible quality is attained. Supplemental inspections and tests are performed as required depending on our customer's specific requirements and each individual casting's characteristics and applications.
