square feet of clean, devoted manufacturing space conveniently located
adjacent to the Golden State Fwy (5) at 8719 Bradley Ave. in Sun
Valley, Calif. 5,000 square feet are devoted to die casting production
and 15,000 square feet are devoted entirely to inspection, secondary
operations, shipping, mold storage and customer parts inventory.

Prior to the
initiation of any production run, all die castings are visually
inspected with emphasis on surface condition, sealing surfaces, cored
holes, excessive flash, ejector pin marks and any other non-conforming
conditions. Setup inspections, In-Process inspections, Trimming
inspections and Final inspections are routinely performed during the
manufacturing process to insure the highest possible quality is
attained. Supplemental inspections and tests are performed as required
depending on our customer's specific requirements and each individual
casting's characteristics and applications.
